Friday 27 to Sunday 29 November 2026 in Torremolinos. 360 individual spots and 240 pairs, from scaled to elite and masters up to 60+.
It has five editions behind it, with athletes from more than 60 countries, and the organizer bills it as the reference event of southern Europe. Elite and RX share a ranking: places 1 to 20 race as elite and 21 to 40 as RX.
Each division publishes minimum loads and gymnastics. As a guide: elite and RX ask for a 70/45 kg snatch and 100/60 kg clean & jerk; intermediate, 60/40 and 80/50 kg with bar muscle-ups and HSPU; scaled, 50/30 and 60/40 kg with pull-ups and single unders. Pairs work in sync and with a worm. The organizer says requirements can change.
