Five days of heats at IFEMA, Wednesday 17 to Sunday 21 March 2027. It is the longest HYROX venue on the Spanish calendar.
The official page calls it Fitness Park HYROX Madrid, season 26/27. Five days of heats are not five days of racing: each athlete races in their own slot. IFEMA has its own metro stop (Feria de Madrid, line 8). The weekend of the 20th and 21st overlaps DEKA Barcelona in spring.

How this sport works

A fixed indoor race: eight 1 km runs, each followed by a station in this order: SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, row, farmers carry, sandbag lunges and wall balls. Individual, doubles and relay. Times compare across venues.
